Divorce Happens: Every 36 seconds a divorce is finalized in the USA

Your Family Law Team

Divorce can be an extremely difficult and emotional time. Even If your divorce is amicable, you will still benefit by obtaining legal advice from an attorney who has only your best interest in mind. The guidance of an objective and experienced counselor likely will prevent you from making emotional decisions that can negatively affect your financial prospects and/or your children’s future. Many times the decisions made and agreements created during the emotional and confusing divorce process cannot be changed.

When the split isn’t going well or is becoming contentious, a consultation with a legal professional may provide the information you need to resolve the contentious issues. An experienced attorney can help to quickly reach an agreement acceptable to you or obtain a court order that resolves the issue in your favor.
